Role Description

This is a full-time role as an Sales/ BD specialist / Carrier Account Specialist – VoIP -Voice, SMS A2P Bulk , WhatsApp API The holder of the position needs to be a committed person who is able to work independently and as a dedicated team player. Reaching Sales and Development targets through finding mutually beneficial solutions and building long-term business relationships with Key Partners. He/she is responsible for managing the wholesale relations with other Carriers-Aggregators, interconnects and coverage extension with new countries & products. The goal is to contribute in sustaining and growing our business to achieve long-term success.

Job description

  • Lead generation through cold calls, acquaintances and social media • Research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services - or new ways of reaching existing markets.
  • Maintain lead generation database
  • Capable of creating data-driven insights and recommendations on sales pipeline, segmentation, and key account targeting
  • Independently pursue and prospects into customers, account management, retention, cross-sell + upsell
  • Develop alliances and partnership
  • Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
  • Developing proposals and / or sales presentations
  • Ability to analyse sales figures and maintain reports·
  • Knowledge of UcaaS / CPaaS industry

Skills / attributes required:

  • 1- 10 years of experience in VoIP-Voice, SMS A2P, Watsapp API from Telecom segment
  • Existing contacts in the respective market is an added advantage.
  • strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to communicate at all levels and carry out face to face client meetings
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented, ability to multitask
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint

Education: Bachelor’s Degree / Post Graduation Degree is an added advantage Industry
