Business Development/Tender Executive - Civil Eng

As a motivated, organized, and creative individual, your role will involve acquiring and developing new business through sales efforts. Building key customer relationships, identifying business opportunities, and closing business deals while maintaining an extensive knowledge of current market conditions will be crucial to your success. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare a list of tenders and invitations received from market research and various sources, reviewing them for eligibility as per criteria. - Update the tender database management system. - Maintain all business development/tender documents according to company ISO procedures and documentation standards. - Create proposal checklists, PSD, PD sheets & experiences, technical forms, CVs, etc., for Go Proposal/Opportunities (RFP/EOIs). - Prepare various technical documents like letters, methodologies, activity schedules, etc., along with supporting documents for submission of proposals. - Compile finalized technical and financial proposals in line with RFP requirements and submit them online or in hard copy. - Follow up with various departments regarding DD, EMDs, BGs, POA, BR, and any other information related to experience or CVs. - Follow up with clients/partners for submitted EOIs and proposals.
