Role Description

This is a full-time Business Development/Marketing Manager role based on-site in Jaipur. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining partnerships, and developing strategies to enhance brand presence. The candidate will oversee marketing initiatives such as digital campaigns, client relationship management, and process improvement. Additional responsibilities include analyzing market trends, devising promotional plans, and leading cross-functional efforts to meet business goals.

Qualifications

Proven skills in Business Development, Client Acquisition, and Partnership Management
Experience with Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing (SMM), and Pay-Per-Click (PPC) strategies
Knowledge of Web Design, Mobile Marketing, and Branding Solutions
Strong abilities in Strategic Planning, Market Analysis, and Process Optimization
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a collaborative mindset and ability to mentor teams
A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced certification in Digital Marketing is a plus
A proactive approach to innovation, problem-solving, and delivering client-focused solutions
