Business Development Manager/Client Account Manager - (After Sales & Service - Mobile/TV Industry) Location : Bengaluru/Chennai Job Type : WFO Perks & Benefits : It's an open CTC with high corporate benefits. Responsibilities : Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in the mobile and TV industry. Identify new business opportunities and enhance after-sales services to improve client satisfaction. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective delivery of services and support to clients. Monitor client account performance, providing regular reports and feedback to management. Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities. Skills and Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in business development, account management, or a similar role in the mobile/TV industry (2-10 years preferred). Strong understanding of after-sales service processes and customer support best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and stakeholders. Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
