BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT WITH LEAD GENERATION

This is a full-time on-site role for Business Development/Account Sales/Lead Generation. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for lead generation, customer acquisition, communication, and sales. Your main tasks will include engaging with potential customers over the phone to promote our products and services, answering customer inquiries, and providing assistance in purchasing decisions. It is important to note that we are a Microsoft partner in India, and your role will involve marketing to sectors such as RPA, AI, and ERP. To excel in this role, you should possess strong Lead Generation and Sales skills, coupled with exceptional Customer Service and Customer Support abilities. Excellent communication skills are a must, along with strong interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers. While prior experience in telemarketing or sales is preferred, the ability to work independently as well as in a team is crucial for success in this role. Having a basic knowledge of computer systems and networking can be advantageous, and any prior experience in the technology industry will be beneficial.
