Business Development Trainee

Position Overview:
As a Business Development Trainee at Quleep, you will play a key role in supporting our growth efforts. This role offers hands-on experience in sales and business development while providing the opportunity to earn uncapped incentives on every closure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in identifying and researching potential clients and business opportunities.
• Support outreach efforts through physical meet, emails, calls, and other medium.
• Achieving revenue objective extending great relationship with client.
• Help maintain and update the CRM system with leads and client interactions.
• Track and report on sales performance and outcomes.
• Contribute ideas for improving the overall sales process and client engagement.

Qualifications:

• Preferred recently graduated.
• Strong interest in sales and business development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
