Role Overview:

Business Development Trainee

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to identify potential leads and industry trends
• Generate and qualify leads via cold outreach, email campaigns, and LinkedIn
• Schedule product demos for Business Development Executives and Account Managers
• Maintain and update CRM tools with accurate lead and contact data
• Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel
• Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales materials
• Gather feedback from prospects to improve outreach strategies and product positioning
• Attend training sessions to understand the product, market, and best sales practices
• Collaborate with marketing to align on messaging and campaigns

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (final year students may also apply)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• High level of enthusiasm and self-motivation
• Comfortable with cold calling and digital outreach
• Basic understanding of SaaS products and business models is a plus
• Ability to work from the office full-time
