Business Development Telecaller

Job Summary:
We are hiring a Business Development Telecaller who will play a key role in generating leads, connecting with garment factories, apparel brands, and designers, and helping the company expand its client base. This role goes beyond basic calling – it requires someone who can understand client needs, build strong relationships, and convert opportunities into business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to garment factories, apparel brands, and designers for fabric requirements
• Introduce the company’s textile products and services confidently to new prospects
• Follow up on leads, inquiries, and pending discussions regularly
• Schedule client meetings and coordinate with the sales/merchandising team
• Maintain client data, call records, and follow-up schedules in Excel / CRM
• Work closely with management to achieve monthly business development targets
• Build relationships that lead to long-term business growth

Skills Required:

• Strong communication and persuasion skills (Hindi & English)
• Ability to explain products clearly and handle client objections
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp, and email communication
• Prior experience in sales, telecalling, or client coordination preferred
• Must be target-driven, disciplined, and willing to learn the textile industry

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: Graduate (preferred in business/commerce)
• 4–7 years of telecalling / business development experience
• Experience in textiles / fashion / garment industry will be an added advantage

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
