Role Overview

Talent Acquisition Lead

excelled in B2C inside sales

Responsibilities

End-to-End Recruitment

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle for B2C sales roles: sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other sourcing strategies.
  • Conduct initial assessments to evaluate candidate fit, communication, and sales capabilities

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Work closely with internal sales leaders and hiring managers to understand hiring goals.
  • Partner with sales leadership to plan hiring drives and bulk recruitment campaigns.
  • Ensure a seamless and timely recruitment pipeline for rapid scaling.

Candidate Experience & Engagement

  • Deliver a smooth, professional, and high-touch candidate experience.
  • Maintain accurate records in the ATS and recruitment tracking systems.
  • Act as a brand ambassador for NxtWave while interacting with potential hires.

Reporting & Ownership

  • Track and report hiring metrics to internal stakeholders.
  • Own and drive closures against aggressive hiring targets.

Who We're Looking For

Must-Haves

  • 3+ years of B2C inside sales experience

    (e.g., Ed-tech, Real Estate, Financial Services, etc.).
  • Minimum 1 year experience leading a team

    of 3 or more sales reps.
  • Strong understanding of consultative selling, sales cycles, and target achievement.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • A genuine interest in people, hiring, and team building.
  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • Proficient in

    Odia

    and

    English

    .

Technical & Other Requirements

  • Proficiency in using MS Office tools and video conferencing platforms.
  • Comfortable working in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
  • Must have a

    personal laptop.

  • Willing to

    work from the Hyderabad office

Preferred Qualities

  • Previous experience mentoring or training junior sales team members.
  • Strong coordination and follow-up abilities.
  • Goal-oriented, self-driven, and eager to learn new skills.
  • High ownership and problem-solving mindset
