Business Development Team Lead

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Team Lead to oversee our business development representatives and drive growth initiatives. This role involves leading a team of BD professionals, identifying new market opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and developing strategies to meet and exceed sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership & Management: Supervise, coach, and mentor a team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs) Set team goals and KPIs, monitor performance, and implement improvement plans Organize regular training and development sessions for the BD team Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement strategies for lead generation, pipeline development, and customer acquisition Identify new market segments and emerging business opportunities Collaborate with marketing and sales leadership to align go-to-market strategies Client & Partner Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients Represent the company at networking events, trade shows, and client meetings Support high-value deal negotiations in collaboration with the sales team Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity to inform strategy Use CRM and analytics tools to track sales activities and outcomes
