Business Development Specialist

As a Business Development Executive/Sales Executive at Truww, your role will involve guiding prospective homeowners in their design journey with the company. You will facilitate meetings between clients and designers at the Experience Centre, sharing knowledge on Truww's products and services. Your responsibilities will also include making consultative outbound calls, following up with prospective homeowners, and representing the company with a thorough understanding of its offerings and value proposition. You will proactively follow up with leads to ensure maximum conversion from the sales stage to the design stage, ultimately working towards achieving growth and hitting sales targets. Key Responsibilities: - Guide prospective homeowners in their design journey - Facilitate meetings between clients and designers - Share knowledge on Truww's products and services - Make consultative outbound calls and follow up with prospective homeowners - Represent the company with a comprehensive understanding of offerings and value proposition - Proactively follow up with leads to maximize conversion - Achieve growth and sales targets Qualifications Required: - Interest in problem-solving and proven expertise in Sales, preferably in Home Interiors Sales - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience - Minimum 2+ years of sales experience - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota and closing sales Truww offers a work timing schedule from Tuesday to Sunday with Monday as the designated day off, from 10:30am to 7:30pm.,
