Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role located in Noida, with some work-from-home flexibility. As a Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for generating leads, conducting market research, and providing excellent customer service. Your day-to-day tasks will also include analyzing market trends, developing strategies for growth, and maintaining effective communication with clients and team members.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and ability to interpret market data
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience in Lead Generation and Market Research
• Proficiency in providing top-notch Customer Service
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
