Explore talent management agencies in regions prominent in speaking Malayalam that can help us get Broadcaster resources to join the app to showcase their Talent/ performance on the app. Develop strategic plans to achieve Monetization targets and expand Malayalam market presence. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop specific promotional materials and campaigns for Malayalam . Provide regular reports on business development activities and progress. Work closely with other business development team members and put in the best efforts to achieve business objectives Providing support and giving training to Broadcasters/ Vloggers in case of queries. Work as per aligned KPIs and put in best efforts to achieve business objectives Follow up and manage recruited agencies and retain them and broadcasters/creators. Core Competencies, Knowledge and Experience: Agency management experience. Malayalam speaking is compulsory. Writing skills in Malayalam would be preferred.
