Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Specialist at HeyFynix. The role is primarily located in Ghaziabad but offers some work from home flexibility. The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for lead generation, market research, customer service, and utilizing analytical skills to drive business growth and brand development.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and Market Research abilities
• Effective Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven experience in Lead Generation
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Experience in branding and creative strategy is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field

Payment Terms

• 5% for each project with bonus at the end of the month based on the performance and projects
