As a Business Development Specialist at vGics Global, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and developing strategic partnerships in the cybersecurity sector. Here is a breakdown of what will be expected from you: - Identify and Develop New Business Opportunities: - Conduct market research to identify potential clients and new business opportunities in the cybersecurity sector. - Develop and implement effective business development strategies to drive growth and achieve sales targets. - Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events. - Client Relationship Management: - Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and key stakeholders. - Understand clients' specific cybersecurity needs and provide tailored solutions. - Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. - Promote Cybersecurity Services and Products: - Present and demonstrate our cybersecurity testing services and security products to prospective clients. - Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the cybersecurity industry to effectively promote our offerings. - Sales and Revenue Growth: - Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company. - Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to the management team. - Negotiate contracts and close deals to secure new business. - Collaboration and Teamwork: - Work closely with the technical and project management teams to ensure seamless service delivery. - Participate in cross-functional team meetings and contribute to the overall business strategy. - Provide feedback and insights to help improve our services and product offerings.
