Job Description

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
Build and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
Identify new business opportunities and drive growth through innovative solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales plans.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry.
Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure high levels of satisfaction.

Job Requirements

Proven track record of success in sales, marketing, or business development.
Strong knowledge of C-level contacts at channel and dental laboratory accounts.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience working with international global enterprises is preferred.
BS/BA required, preferably in healthcare, technology, or business-related field.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in channel management, marketing, sales, and sales training with medical Device Industry, Life Science, or Consumer Goods industry.
Strong knowledge of Dental Lab products is required, with knowledge of Dental Restoration preferred.
Comfortable managing matrix organized teams and experience with international global enterprises.
Demonstrates strong leadership characteristics, ability to influence others, and operate with a high sense of urgency.
Advanced presentation and negotiation skills.
Maintaining a professional appearance and providing a positive company image to the public.
Good IT skills, including all Microsoft packages and proficiency in using modern multi-media tools.
Candidates must be able to travel, including overnight and some weekends, 50% - 60% of the time.
