About the Job:

Highly motivated and experienced Business Development professional with a strong background in the IT/software services sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving lead generation, client engagement, and strategic business growth initiatives. If you have a knack for identifying opportunities and turning them into long-term partnerships, wed love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support business growth initiatives through lead generation and prospect outreach.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and client needs.
  • Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and bids for new projects.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with prospects and existing clients under guidance.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to align client requirements with software capabilities.
  • Represent the organization in virtual or physical networking events as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in business development or pre-sales, preferably in the IT/software services domain.
  • Familiarity with enterprise software solutions, SaaS, or custom application development.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical thinking and a collaborative, can-do attitude.
  • Bachelor&aposs or Masters degree in Business, Technology, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Immediate or short notice period (up to 30 days) is preferred.
