Job Role: Business Development/Architectural Sales

Job Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and driven person for Business Development – Architectural Sales to join our team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in driving sales and building strong networks within the architecture, design, and construction ecosystem. This role requires a deep understanding of project lifecycles, specification influence, and market dynamics, combined with excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, achieving sales targets, and ensuring revenue growth for our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the architectural and construction industry.
  • Map and track upcoming projects to influence product/service specifications at the design stage.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, designers, contractors, developers, and consultants.
  • Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets through strategic client engagement.
  • Generate leads via networking, industry events, exhibitions, and referrals.
  • Conduct presentations, workshops, and product knowledge sessions to enhance brand visibility.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and provide feedback for product positioning.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records of leads, opportunities, and conversions.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.

Experience:

  • 2–5 years of experience in business development/sales of architectural products or services.
  • Established network of architects, designers, and contractors is a strong advantage.

Skills:

  • Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Proven sales, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Ability to understand design specifications and project requirements.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a target-driven approach.

Preferred Qualities:

  • Prior experience in selling lighting, interiors, furniture, or building materials.
  • Ability to manage multiple opportunities and deliver consistent results.
  • Market awareness and a consultative approach to client engagement.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
