Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager based in Patna. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, developing and implementing growth strategies, and working closely with the sales and marketing teams. Day-to-day tasks also include conducting market research, generating sales leads, meeting with clients, and negotiating contracts.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Business Development, Sales, and Strategic Planning
• Proficiency in Market Research, Client Relationship Management, and Negotiation
• Experience in developing and implementing growth strategies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Experience in the education industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
