Key Responsibilities: Business Development Craft and execute a bold sales strategy to fuel company growth. Target and acquire IT clients for Contract-to-Hire (C2H) and Corporate Training services. Generate high-quality leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and networking. Deliver compelling sales presentations to win clients. Negotiate and close high-value contracts to smash revenue targets. Client Relationship Management Build trusted, long-term partnerships with clients to drive repeat business. Anticipate client needs and deliver tailored solutions to boost satisfaction. Maximize revenue through strategic upselling and cross-selling. Market Analysis Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor moves, and emerging tech. Conduct market research to uncover new opportunities and refine strategies. Qualifications and Skills MBA or Postgraduate degree. 4+ years of proven success in Sales and Business Development in the Recruitment or Training industry. Consistent track record of surpassing sales targets. Deep knowledge of the IT industry and its evolving technologies.
