Job Descripon: Networking, Azure, and VMware Trainer with LMS Management Job Title: Networking, Azure, and VMware Trainer with LMS Management Locaon: Bangalore Employment Type: Full-¢me Department: TAAS,Networklabs Job Overview: We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Networking, Azure, and VMware Trainer with exper¢se in LMS (Learning Management System) management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality training on networking concepts, Azure cloud services, and VMware virtualiza¢on technologies while managing and overseeing the LMS pla¢orm for training delivery. Training Delivery: ¢ Conduct hands-on, instructor-led training sessions on Networking (Cisco, TCP/IP, Rou¢ng & Switching), Azure Cloud Services, and VMware virtualiza¢on (vSphere, vCenter). ¢ ¢ Prepare and deliver technical content, including presenta¢ons, training modules, and exercises. Create and customize training materials based on the needs of the learners and client requirements. ¢ ¢ Assess the performance and understanding of trainees through quizzes, prac¢cal assessments, and other evalua¢on methods. Provide guidance and support to students during training sessions and troubleshoot technical issues related to networking, Azure, and VMware. 2. Learning Management System (LMS) Administra¢on: ¢ ¢ ¢ Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure smooth content delivery, learner engagement, and progress tracking. Upload and organize training content, including course modules, videos, assessments, and resources, onto the LMS pla¢orm. Monitor learner progress, track comple¢ons, and generate detailed reports for management and stakeholders. ¢ ¢ Resolve technical issues related to the LMS pla¢orm, ensuring seamless access for all users. Ensure the LMS is up-to-date and aligned with company training objec¢ves, oering an op¢mal user experience. 3. Technical Exper¢se and Support: ¢ ¢ ¢ Stay updated on the latest developments and best prac¢ces in Networking, Azure, VMware, and LMS technologies. Provide technical support and troubleshoo¢ng for networking, cloud, and virtualiza¢on-related issues raised by students or clients. Share industry insights, trends, and emerging technologies with trainees to enhance the training experience. 4. Course Development and Customiza¢on: ¢ ¢ ¢ Develop and update training materials, including presenta¢ons, lab exercises, assessments, and prac¢cal scenarios. Customize training programs to suit dierent learning environments (virtual, classroom-based, hybrid). Design curriculum and modules for cer¢¢ca¢on exams (e.g., Cisco CCNA/CCNP, Microso¢ Azure, VMware VCP). Required Qualica¢ons: ¢ ¢ ¢ Bachelor's degree in Informa¢on Technology, Computer Science, or a related ¢eld. Proven experience (3+ years) as a trainer in Networking, Azure, and VMware technologies. In-depth knowledge of Cisco Networking (CCNA, CCNP), Microso¢ Azure (Azure Fundamentals, Azure Administrator, etc.), and VMware (vSphere, vCenter, etc.). ¢ ¢ ¢ ¢ Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Moodle, Blackboard, or similar pla¢orms. Strong communica¢on and presenta¢on skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and engaging manner. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to networking, cloud services, and virtualiza¢on. Industry cer¢¢ca¢ons such as CCNA, CCNP, MCSE, VCP, or equivalent are preferred. Preferred Skills: ¢ ¢ ¢ ¢ Experience in corporate training or working with enterprise-level clients. Knowledge of addi¢onal cloud pla¢orms like AWS or Google Cloud. Familiarity with instruc¢onal design and e-learning tools (e.g., Ar¢culate, Cap¢vate). Ability to deliver training in a variety of formats (in-person, virtual, self-paced).
