Position Summary

Business Development & Sales Manager

The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a proven track record of building B2B relationships, converting leads into long-term accounts, and navigating complex deal cycles. You'll collaborate closely with the leadership team to develop go-to-market plans, structure proposals, and identify new business opportunities across industries such as D2C, Real Estate, Sports, and Lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities across performance marketing, creative strategy, and data analytics verticals.
  • Develop and execute outreach plans leveraging CRM, LinkedIn, and direct networks to build a strong lead pipeline.
  • Conduct discovery calls and presentations to understand client objectives and position Ocularity Analytics as a growth partner.
  • Collaborate with the Strategy and Performance divisions to craft proposals, campaign decks, and pricing structures tailored to client needs.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process from initial contact and pitch to negotiation and closure.
  • Maintain and update sales pipelines, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting for leadership.
  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships for renewals and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Track performance metrics (leads generated, conversion rates, revenue growth) and optimize processes based on data insights.
  • Represent Ocularity Analytics at industry events, panels, and networking forums.
  • Stay ahead of market trends, competitor movements, and new opportunities within digital marketing and consulting sectors.

  • Qualifications

    • 47 years of experience in

      business development, sales, or client acquisition

      within a digital marketing, advertising, or consulting environment.
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in B2B or agency settings.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Deep understanding of marketing and advertising ecosystems particularly digital performance and creative strategy.
    • Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret campaign data and business metrics.
    • Experience using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Kylas, Salesforce, or similar) for pipeline management.
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
    • Highly organized, entrepreneurial, and able to thrive in fast-paced, target-driven environments.
