Role Overview:

We are looking for dynamic and motivated Business Development & Sales Interns who can identify potential clients, pitch website development services, and drive business growth. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in marketing, sales, and entrepreneurship to gain real-world experience in the digital business space.

Key Responsibilities:

(i) Identify and reach out to small and medium businesses that do not have a website or have outdated sites.

(ii) Generate and qualify leads through online research, calls, and social media outreach.

(iii) Present Maximilian Globus’ website development offerings to potential clients.

(iv) Maintain and update lead data and conversion tracking.

(v) Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to tailor proposals for clients.

(vi) Achieve weekly outreach and conversion targets.

(vii) Report performance metrics and client feedback to the management team.


Skills & Qualifications:

(i) Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

(ii) Interest in sales, marketing, and digital products.

(iii) Basic understanding of websites, online presence, or digital marketing (preferred).

(iv) Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive.

(v) Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
