Job Profile: Business Development Manager – NBD B2B Department Job Title: Business Development Manager – New Business Development (B2B) Location: Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh Reporting to: Sales Coordinator – NBD / National Sales Coordination Head Job Overview:The Business Development Manager (BDM) – B2B will be responsible for identifying, developing, and onboarding new dealers under the Haren Ply brand through targeted field activities and business development efforts. This is a high-impact, field-focused role designed for individuals who are passionate about creating new business, building strong dealer relationships, and contributing to the expansion of Haren Ply’s B2B dealer network. The BDM will work in close coordination with the NBD Sales Coordinator to ensure smooth execution of follow-ups, reporting, and dealer onboarding. Key Responsibilities:Identify potential areas and regions to develop new B2B dealer accounts. Conduct market surveys to assess dealer potential and competition. Generate and qualify leads, schedule meetings, and present the Haren Ply dealership model. Engage in field visits and cold calls to initiate dealer interest. Maintain detailed records of all leads, meetings, dealer feedback, and sales activities. Work in close coordination with the Sales Coordinator for reporting, follow-ups, and documentation. Assist dealers in onboarding processes including documentation, initial orders, and product understanding. Build trust and long-term relationships with new dealers. Share market intelligence, feedback, and competitor analysis with the central sales team. Meet monthly dealer acquisition targets and expansion KPIs. Required Skills & Qualifications:Minimum qualification: Bachelor’s degree (preferred in Marketing, Sales, or Business). Experience (2–3 years minimum) with strong field confidence and communication skills are encouraged to apply. Good understanding of B2B sales, dealer networks, or distribution models (preferred).
