Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive, located in New Delhi. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, managing accounts, and building strong relationships with clients. The candidate will be responsible for communicating with clients and internal teams, creating proposals, and driving business growth. Roles & Responsibilities - Follow up on inbound leads received through multiple channels. - Convert leads into sales by understanding client requirements and offering suitable solutions. - Conduct regular follow-ups with potential clients to ensure continued engagement and retention. - Provide regular updates and reports to the Sales Manager. Preferred Candidate Profile - 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales or business development. - Strong communication and persuasion skills. - Experience in handling inbound leads and converting them into sales. - Quick learner with a positive and energetic attitude. - Familiarity with basic Excel.
