About the Role

We are seeking a self-motivated and creative Marketing Professional to spearhead our 360 marketing efforts across both digital and offline platforms. This role blends strategy with hands-on execution, lead generation, and client engagement. If you&aposre a proactive marketer who thrives in fast-paced environments and is comfortable with cold calling, this is a growth-driven opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities

-Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns (digital, social, email, offline).

-Generate and Manage leads via e-commerce platforms, directories, portals, and outreach.

-Make cold calls to potential clients, handle objections, and convert leads into business.

-Must have hands-on experience in hard cold calling and sales closure.

-Convert inbound and outbound leads into qualified business opportunities.

-Analyze performance metrics and prepare actionable reports (ROI, KPIs).

-Manage CRM systems; ensure clean lead tracking and pipeline visibility.

-Attend client meetings, exhibitions, and industry events (as required).

-Contribute to internal brainstorming and cross-functional growth efforts.

-Leverage AI tools like ChatGPT, Jasper, etc., for content and research automation.

Desired Candidate Profile

-Bachelor&aposs degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or relevant field.

-Minimum 3 years of marketing experience, including lead generation & cold calling.

-Strong marketing skills Digital, email, CRM tools.

-Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) in English.

-Strategic thinker with a bias for execution.

-Proficiency in LinkedIn for lead gen, branding & outreach.

-Familiarity with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite preferred.

- Strong analytical, organizational & multitasking capabilities.
