Role & Responsibilities

  • Recruit, train, and manage commission-based life insurance agents.

  • Monitor and guide agents activity plans to ensure sales targets are achieved.

  • Conduct weekly performance reviews (PRPs) with agents.

  • Update sales performance and activities in the Sales Management System.

  • Motivate and support agents in participating in Career Progression Programs.

  • Encourage adoption of digital tools such as Agent Portal & CRM for customer management, lead tracking, and cross-selling.
