Role Overview: You will be joining as a Business Development Executive at nCircle Tech Private Limited to drive growth in resource augmentation and staffing services. Your main responsibilities will include identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, understanding client requirements, preparing proposals, and closing deals to meet sales targets. Additionally, you will collaborate with recruitment and delivery teams to ensure timely fulfillment of client needs. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and pursue new business opportunities in staffing and resource augmentation across various industries. - Generate leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, and digital outreach. - Understand client requirements and propose suitable staffing solutions such as contract, contract-to-hire, or permanent. - Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and pricing models. - Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets. - Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business and upselling opportunities. - Collaborate with recruitment and delivery teams for timely fulfillment of client requirements. - Track market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to refine sales strategies. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. - 3-5 years of experience in business development or sales in staffing/resource augmentation. - Strong understanding of recruitment processes, staffing models, and client engagement strategies. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts. - Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
