Quadrantech Pvt Ltd is a fast-growing technology company serving global markets. We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Executive with proven experience in US Sales to join our team and drive business growth through effective outreach and lead generation.

Roles & Responsibilities

Identify and generate new business leads in the US market through cold calling, email marketing, and online research.Perform in-depth market research to identify prospective clients, economic trends, customer needs, and interest areas.Develop and implement effective strategies for business development.Guide and mentor business development associates to boost sales performance.Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.Engage with decision-makers and stakeholders to promote company services and solutions.Understand and analyze customer requirements to tailor suitable solutions.Present compelling sales pitches, product demos, and reports to potential clients.Upsell and recommend complementary products/services based on client needs.Maintain and nurture relationships with existing and potential clients.Participate in trade shows, webinars, sales meetings, and training sessions.Maintain accurate customer data and generate periodic reports on BD activities.

Key Skills & Experience

4 to 6 years of experience in Business Development / US Sales / Customer Service / Sales.Proven success in cold calling and email marketing in the US market.Strong understanding of US business culture, sales processes, and market dynamics.Excellent communication (verbal & written) and negotiation skills.Demonstrated ability to reach or exceed activity goals and sales quotas.Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.Proficient in MS Office; experience with CRM tools is a plus.Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques and performance metrics.

Educational Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (any discipline)Master’s in Business Development or a related field preferred
