Business Development Representative

• This is a ground-floor opportunity to build out a new warm outbound channel at Fyle
• You ll work with high-intent, deanonymized inbound traffic - these are prospects already interested in Fyle but who haven t converted yet
• You ll craft personalized outreach, refine messaging, and design processes to convert this traffic into demo requests and revenue
• As the first BDR hire, you ll have a direct impact on Fyle s revenue growth and a clear career path to grow into team leadership

Qualifications

Must-Have:

• ~3 years of experience in a BDR/SDR role or similar sales function
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and thrive in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills
• Comfort with modern sales and marketing tools

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience in B2B SaaS or selling to SMBs
• Exposure to marketing automation, lead scoring, or revenue operations
• Familiarity with AI tools like Chatgpt, Claude, etc
• Familiarity with automation tools like Clay, n8n etc
• Familiarity with martech tools like Zoominfo, Hubspot, Smartlead, Instantly etc
