Business Development Representative - Onsite - Noida

We are seeking a talented and results-driven Business Development Representative who thrives in a fast paced work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct cold calls to generate leads and create new business opportunities
• Identify key decision-makers to initiate the sales process
• Penetrate client accounts and drive revenue growth
• Collaborate with the Business Head to define strategic sales approaches
• Qualify and deliver high-potential opportunities to the Business Head
• Maintain and update the company's prospect database regularly
• Ensure timely follow-ups, including sharing complete lead information, source, action points, and timelines with the Business Head
• Schedule and conduct sales presentations and meetings
• Coordinate appointments with TA Heads, CXOs, and other senior stakeholders
• Identify and acquire new clients in the General staffing (domestic) market.
• Build strong relationships with HRs, Hiring Managers and CXOs decision-makers.
• Generate revenue by meeting business targets.
• Maintain accurate records of client communication and progress using CRM tools.
• Provide regular reports and updates on business development activities.
