Business Development Representative

As an applicant for the position, your role will involve engaging leads through calls and successfully converting them into virtual meetings or visits to schools. You will be required to travel to various schools to conduct demonstrations, presentations, and negotiations. Additionally, achieving sales targets either through direct conversions or by providing support to Business Development Managers will be a key part of your responsibilities. It is essential to maintain accurate records in the CRM system and deliver exceptional after-sales service to clients. Key Responsibilities: - Engage leads via calls and convert prospects into virtual meetings or school visits. - Travel to schools for demonstrations, presentations, and negotiations. - Achieve sales targets through direct conversions or by supporting BDMs. - Maintain accurate CRM records and provide exceptional after-sales service. Qualifications Required: - Graduate / MBA with a minimum of 1 year of field sales experience. - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. - 3+ years of experience in a similar industry. - Strong skills in patience, critical thinking, and problem solving.
