About the Role

Confident, Well-presented Business Development Representative

Target-based role

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct

  high-volume outbound cold and warm calls daily

  to generate leads

• Visit political offices

  , Law enforcement agencies, PR firms, and institutions to introduce products and schedule demos (initial focus on IT wings of political parties)
• Conduct

  Online research and B2B prospecting

  to identify new opportunities
• Nurture leads, build a qualified pipeline, and ensure regular follow-ups
• Track activity using

  CRM tools, Google Sheets, and email

• Occasionally travel across India as part of strategic outreach campaigns
• Work under performance benchmarks to drive measurable business growth
• Collaborate with internal teams and share client feedback from the field
  

What We're Looking For

• Based in

  Chennai

  daily availability for city-wide travel

• Must have

  Own laptop and reliable internet

  for remote coordination
• 1+ year experience in

  field sales, cold calling, or B2B outreach

• Strong communication in

  English, Tamil, and Hindi

• Tech-savvy, well-organized, and committed to hitting targets
• Willingness to
