Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results driven Business Development Representative with 1-3 years of relevant experience in IT services sales or into Salesforce domain. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by identifying, nurturing, and closing sales opportunities while effectively managing client relationships. Key Roles & Responsibilities: Proactively identify and qualify potential leads through research, cold calling, email campaigns, and other channels. Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and consistently meet or exceed sales targets. Collaborate with the marketing team to convert inbound leads into opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients. Understand client needs, propose tailored IT services solutions, and address queries or concerns promptly. Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships. Skills & Qualifications • 1-3 years of proven inside sales experience, preferably in IT services or Experience in salesforce domain will be preferable. • Basic understanding of IT services, software, or Salesforce CRM. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey value propositions clearly. • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office tools. • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
