Job Title: Business Development Representative (BDR)

Location: RemoteSalary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Role Overview

We are hiring a BDR with expertise in outbound lead generation and client acquisition. You will use Apollo.io, Lusha, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold calling, and email campaigns to generate qualified leads, pitch our services, and close new clients.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect clients via LinkedIn, cold calls, and outreach tools
  • Pitch recruitment services and finalize Terms of Business
  • Maintain CRM/Excel pipeline with accurate records
  • Ensure smooth client onboarding and handover to recruiters

Requirements

  • 2+ years’ B2B lead generation / outbound sales experience (recruitment preferred)
  • Hands-on with Apollo.io, Lusha, LinkedIn outreach
  • Strong communication & negotiation skills
  • Target-driven and self-motivated
