Job Description

As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and promoting our products/services in the field. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently. Responsibilities: - Identify and target potential customers within assigned territory. - Present and sell our products/services to clients through in-person meetings and presentations. - Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers. - Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay ahead of industry trends. - Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets. - Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues. - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to implement strategies. - Submit regular reports on sales activity and performance. Qualifications: - Proven experience in sales (field sales experience is a plus). - Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. - Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
