Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team in the staffing industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth through staffing and recruitment services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate leads through various channels including cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in HR and Procurement departments.
  • Present staffing solutions to clients based on their business needs and workforce requirements.
  • Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure timely delivery of candidates.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of business with clients.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly business development targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales pipeline, client interactions, and follow-ups using CRM tools.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, market changes, and competitor activities.
  • Participate in recruitment drives, client meetings, and business events as needed.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Proven experience in business development/sales in staffing/recruitment/HR services.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle objections, close deals, and build long-term partnerships.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.
  • Basic understanding of recruitment lifecycle and job market trends.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or related field.
  • MBA or relevant post-graduate degree is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
