In this role, you will be responsible for building a network of real estate brokers in an allocated area and developing partnerships with them. Your key responsibilities will include: - Regularly visiting both new and existing channel partners to build a strong influence over the network - Ensuring a continuous flow of customer database and leads through your channel partners - Ensuring quality leads and account management of existing channel partners - Coordinating with cross-functional departments to ensure channel partner satisfaction - Following up with internal team members to ensure appropriate action has been taken on customer requests - Keeping channel partners updated with the latest developments and programs - Ensuring engagement of channel partners through trust, communication, and service offerings to maintain the brand image of the company Qualifications Required: - Minimum Graduation or similar qualification - 3-5 years of relevant experience - Great sales skills with the ability to connect with clients - Good listening skills to understand client requirements - Strong interpersonal, analyzing, and follow-up skills - Highly motivated individual with a target-driven approach - Flexibility with work timings/schedule and availability - Good relationship management and account management skills - Good working knowledge about real estate brokers and their business Please note that no additional details about the company were provided in the job description.
