Business Development - Real Estate

As a Real Estate Channel Partner Manager, your role involves building a network of real estate brokers in your allocated area and establishing strong partnerships with them. To achieve this, you will regularly visit both new and existing channel partners to cultivate a strong influence within the network. Your responsibilities will include ensuring a continuous flow of customer database and leads through your channel partners, as well as maintaining the quality of leads and managing the accounts of existing partners. Key Responsibilities: - Build and develop partnerships with real estate brokers in the allocated area - Maintain a strong influence over the network by regularly visiting channel partners - Ensure a continuous flow of customer database and leads through channel partners - Manage the quality of leads and accounts of existing channel partners - Coordinate with cross-functional departments to ensure channel partner satisfaction - Follow up with internal team members to ensure appropriate action on customer requests - Provide channel partners with the latest developments and programs - Engage channel partners through trust, communication, and service offerings - Maintain the brand image of the company through appropriate code of conduct Qualifications Required: - Minimum Graduation or similar qualification - 3-5 years of relevant experience - Great sales skills with the ability to connect with clients - Good listening skills to understand client requirements - Strong interpersonal, analytical, and follow-up skills - Highly motivated individual with a target-driven mindset - Flexible with work timings/schedule and availability - Good relationship management and account management skills - Good working knowledge about real estate brokers and their business In addition to the above responsibilities and qualifications, you should possess a good understanding of real estate brokerage businesses and be committed to maintaining the brand image of the company.,
