Identify, generate, and manage leads for ERP solutions targeting builders, developers, and channel partners.
Conduct engaging product demonstrations and presentations to showcase ERP modules and business benefits.
Develop and maintain long-term client relationships through continuous engagement and value delivery.
Negotiate commercial terms and close deals with real estate clients.
Track real estate market trends and competitor activities in Hyderabad and Bangalore.
Collaborate with internal teams to achieve defined sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or marketing within the real estate, software, or ERP domain.
Proven track record in solution selling, preferably real estate ERP or CRM systems.
Existing network of brokers/builders in Hyderabad and/or Bangalore preferred.
Excellent lead generation, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a performance-driven environment.
