Job Description

As a Business Development Professional - Business Excellence at Siemens Ltd., Smart Infrastructure Division, you will play a crucial role in driving SI EP business through assigned Regional Sales. Your responsibilities will include: - Monitoring OI, Revenue, and quantity for Regions/Offices and coordinating critical customer visits to factories. - Actively collaborating within BU and Sales to drive BU KPIs. - Driving active usage of CRM tools like SieSales to ensure KPIs such as data quality, funnel adequacy, and market transparency as per Op-Co guidelines. - Monitoring and driving market transparency improvement objectives through Siesales. - Acting as a Price Controller to the regions in alignment with the BU and approving Special Price requests from offices. - Playing a key role in business planning and finalizing targets across offices, monitoring office performance, and timely review for corrective actions. - Providing inputs to PtM team for the formulation of Channel Policy, driving strategic objectives, Sales Increasing Actions, etc., and driving business through Policies. - Collaborating with Partner management for ChP Trainings and engagement activities. - Actively participating in finalizing Rate Contracts in coordination with Offices and BU and implementing the same. Qualifications required for this role include: - B.E / B. Tech/ Diploma in Electrical Engineering with 10-15 years of experience in the field of LV Switchgear. Exposure to the business development function will be an added advantage. - High level of proficiency in the area of conflict management and effectively communicating key messages to offices. - Sound knowledge of channel partner Policy & Sales policy. - Excellent communication & presentation skills. - Adequate proficiency in MS Office and standard CRM tools. This role is based in Kalwa and may require travel all over India to visit key customers and Offices to conduct reviews, Planning, workshops, demonstrate new Tools, and collaborate with teams across regions.
