Business Development Partner

Position overview

We’re hiring commission-based Sales/Business Development Partners to expand our global client base. This is a 100% remote, flexible role open worldwide. You act as an independent partner representing Nexovius. Your objective is to bring in new clients who need IT services and close deals.

15% commission on revenue

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and generate leads globally via LinkedIn, networking, cold outreach, and referrals.

• Build a pipeline across software development, AI/ML, cloud/DevOps, automation, and related IT needs.

• Run discovery, present solutions, tailor value propositions, and prepare proposals/SOWs.

• Negotiate terms, close deals, and hand off smoothly to the delivery team.

• Maintain client relationships for repeat business and upsells.

• Share market feedback to help refine our services and messaging.

Ideal candidate

• Proven B2B sales or business development experience (IT services, software, SaaS, or consulting).

• Strong networking, outreach, and pipeline-building skills; decision-maker access is a plus.

• Excellent written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.

• Confident pitching complex services in simple terms; strong negotiation skills.

• Entrepreneurial, self-directed, and comfortable with commission-only roles.

• Broad understanding of modern IT domains (AI/ML, web/mobile, automation, cloud) or the ability to learn quickly.
