Position: Marketing Partner (Sales & Marketing Head)

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the company’s sales and marketing strategies.

Build, train, and motivate a direct selling distributor network.

Develop marketing campaigns, presentations, and promotional materials.

Plan and execute sales growth strategies to achieve company targets.

Monitor and analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs.

Work closely with management to build a strong market presence in Assam and expand pan-India.

Requirements:

Proven experience in Direct Selling / Network Marketing / Sales & Marketing.

Strong leadership and team-building skills.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to strategize and execute sales plans effectively.

Entrepreneurial mindset, passionate about business growth.
