Salary Band : ₹3 – ₹4 LPA (Negotiable based on experience) + Incentives

Reports To

Experience Required -: 3-6 years in Sales, Business Development, or Technical Sales (preferably in water treatment/industrial equipment/engineering solutions)

Educational Qualification : Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Chemical/Environmental) or Business Administration; MBA in Marketing/Sales (Preferred)

Key Responsibilities

· Actively generate new leads and close sales deals to achieve targets

· Present technical & commercial proposals, explain product specifications

· Build and maintain long-term customer relationships

· Conduct market research to track competitor activity and industry trends

· Travel frequently for client meetings, site visits, and trade shows

· Deliver sales presentations, product demos, and proposals

· Submit regular reports and updates to management

Skills & Competencies

· Sales Skills: Lead generation, negotiation, deal closing

· Technical Skills: Understanding of water treatment systems & technical specifications

· Communication: Excellent verbal & written skills, client presentations

· Analytical Skills: Market research, competitor analysis

· Personal Attributes: Target-driven, self-motivated, willingness to travel, interpersonal skills

· Technology: MS Office, CRM tools, online sales platforms

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
