We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Officer to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. Roles and Responsibility Develop and implement effective business strategies to achieve sales targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to increase customer satisfaction. Identify new business opportunities and expand existing customer relationships. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market. Provide excellent customer service to ensure high levels of customer retention. Job Requirements Strong understanding of emerging enterprise banking products and services. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience working with UCV (Unsecured Consumer Vehicle) loans is an added advantage. Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
