Job Description

dynamic and results-driven Business Development Officer (BDO)


Responsibilities :

  • Promote and sell HRMS software solutions to potential clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify new leads and potential clients.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Understand client needs and provide appropriate software solutions.
  • Conduct product demonstrations (online or in-person).
  • Visit clients when necessary for meetings, demos, or negotiations. (not everyday)
  • Prepare and present proposals, pricing, and contract terms.


PLEASE NOTE: WE ARE LOOKING FOR NAVI MUMBAI CANDIDATES.


Qualification: BBA or MBA Marketing

Experience : 6 Months or 3 yrs of exp in B2B software sales (HRMS)

Excellent command of the English language – both verbal and written.

Comfortable with client visits and field sales activities when required.

Freshers to upto 6 months experience - salary upto 25k

Experience upto 2 -3 yrs salary upto 40k

5 days working (1 saturday working in a month)

Location : Airoli, Mindspace East (Near to Airoli station)
