EDUBEXT IS HIRING Business Development Officer at our Trivadnrum Branch

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Officer at our Trivadnrum Branch to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and contributing to the overall growth and success of the Institute.

Key Responsibilities:

· Conduct regular visits to technopark, corporates, training centers, and other institutions to promote the Institute’s services and build new business opportunities.

· Generating leads of potential target segment for Institute’s courses.

· Establish and nurture strong relationships with corporate HRs, educational administrators, placement officers, and decision-makers.

· Represent the company at campus events, seminars, exhibitions, and promotional activities to increase brand visibility and generate leads.

· Deliver engaging presentations and proposals during face-to-face meetings with potential clients or partners.

· Negotiate terms and close institutional partnerships to meet or exceed business development targets.

· Coordinate with internal departments (marketing, operations, customer support) to ensure seamless onboarding and satisfaction of partner institutions.

· Maintain detailed records of field visits, client interactions, and performance metrics; provide regular updates to management.

Requirements:

· Any degree , or a related field.

· Proven experience (1 year or above in sales, business development, or a similar role.

· Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.

· Proficiency in MS Office .

· Goal-driven with a passion for sales and business growth.
