Business Development Officer

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Officer to drive client acquisition for our growing waste management company in Kochi. This field-based role involves visiting corporate offices, institutions, and commercial establishments to promote our waste collection and recycling services.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and visit potential clients such as offices, IT parks, clinics, restaurants, and commercial establishments
• Present waste management and recycling solutions to key decision-makers
• Convert prospective leads into active service contracts and ensure smooth onboarding
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to support renewals and retention
• Meet monthly sales and client acquisition targets
• Maintain accurate records of visits, leads, and sales activities
• Submit daily and weekly activity reports to the team

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of field sales experience (B2B, industrial, or facility services preferred)
• Strong communication skills in Malayalam and English; Hindi is a plus
• Willingness to travel across Kochi for client visits
• Target-driven, proactive, and self-motivated
• Possession of a valid two-wheeler driving license preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
