• Identify potential customers for new chit groups through field visits, phone calls, and referrals • Explain chit schemes clearly to prospects and guide them through enrollment • Maintain a regular pipeline of leads and convert inquiries to active subscriptions • Support branch teams in starting new groups and achieving monthly collection targets • Build trust with existing subscribers and help resolve basic service issues • Follow up on overdue customers and assist in collection activities when required • Conduct market surveys, competitor checks, and update management on local market trends • Coordinate with Branch Head to plan weekly and monthly business activities Maintain proper documentation, KYC, and application forms for new subscriptions
