Roles and Responsibilities

Develop new business opportunities through effective sales strategies, market research, and relationship-building with clients.
Identify potential customers and target markets to expand the company's presence in Rohtak.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive demand generation initiatives, including product launches and promotions.
Manage existing customer relationships to increase retention rates and upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategy.

Desired Candidate Profile

2-7 years of experience in Business Development or related field (B2C/B2B).
