Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop new business opportunities through effective sales strategies, market research, and relationship-building with clients.
  • Identify potential customers and target markets to expand the company's presence in Rohtak.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive demand generation initiatives, including product launches and promotions.
  • Manage existing customer relationships to increase retention rates and upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategy.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 2-7 years of experience in Business Development or related field (B2C/B2B).
  • Strong understanding of secondary sales channels (e.g., distributors) for building brand awareness.
  • Excellent networking skills for developing strong partnerships with key stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team towards common goals.
